  • Do you supply products abroad?
            PikaDiilit is an online store for Finns, we do not deliver products outside Finland.
  • What payment methods do you have?
            Payment is made using online banking IDs, Visa / Mastercard cards. If you would like to pay in installments, please contact our customer service.
  • Can I edit my order afterwards?
            Registered users: follow the link in the order confirmation and make changes. Other customers please contact our customer support.
  • What do I do if my delivery does not arrive?
            Contact our customer service so we will find out where the order is staying.
  • Why didn't I receive an order confirmation even though I placed the order?
        Your order confirmation and other emails from us may have gotten lost in the spam. If a message is found among the spam, check the situation with our customer service.
  • How do I create a user account? What are the benefits of registering a user account?
            It is not currently possible to create a user account, but it will be easier to place orders in the future when logged in. You can also see only the accessories offered to customers. You will collect points that can be used in the future on our             website. You will also receive notifications of important software updates for the products you have ordered.
  • What if I want to return the product I received or if the product is broken and I want warranty service on it?
